The International Code Council Evaluation Service Acceptance Criteria for Seismic Certification by Shake-Table Testing of Nonstructural Components is the most common testing procedure used for IBC and OSHPD applications.
QualTech NP has been performing seismic testing since 1986 and has been IAS accredited to AC-156 Seismic Testing Lab standards since 2001. Our certifications meet all testing criteria for OSHPD, ICBO, IBC, ASCE 7-05, and UBC standards. In addition, our Quality System Manual for IBC/UBC Test Programs is audited every three years by the International Accreditation Service (IAS). We maintain our high standards in excellence by annually performing internal audits, technical standards compliance reviews, and management program reviews. Our seismic engineering team provides complete qualification support ranging from test plan development to fixture design and manufacturing. We pride ourselves in proactively working with our customer to provide a finished product that meets their most critical requirements.
